Description

​A decorative solid brass set of hinges for the front of two doors on a tansu or butsudan.
These are set so the doors would open out or in the case of a chest they would open up.
See the last photo of how they bend.
They're 6 1/4 inches wide and 2 7/8 inches tall.( 16 x 7.5 cm)
They're solid brass.  We have two pair of these.
We don't know their age. We've cleaned the dirt off but left the aged patina.
We have been selling Japanese antiques for 23 years. We are shipping from Los Angeles.
