Here is a very good condition,
2007 David L. Edwards
Luthien Model Classical Guitar.
This is a well made classical guitar. It was hand-built by David Edwards in his Earlysville, Virginia workshop.
This hand crafted guitar was built using solid Indian Rosewood for the back and sides, a Mahogany neck and a solid Sitka Spruce top. There are also Cypress linings on the sides for improved clarity of tone. The binding and head stock cap are made using rosewood as well. The guitar has a beautiful Edwards signature rosette and Abalone accents. This model also features David Edwards modified Bouchet bracing pattern for the top.
This guitar has been refurbished using instrument grade lacquers. There are no cracks in the top, sides or back woods.
Scale length on this guitar is 650 millimeters. Nut width is slightly less than 50 millimeters.
The ebony fretboard is in good condition. Action on the 12th fret low E string is 3.2 millimeters and the 12th fret high E string measures 2.2 millimeters.
This guitar has just been refretted for smooth playing and proper intonation.
It is also equipped with brand new tuning keys. They are smooth and hold tune well.
The signed original label is in excellent condition with the Luthien model showing above the signature.
The guitar will be carefully packed and shipped in a hard shell case.
