Norwalk Tech College Vintage Connecticut License Plate Topper

Here we have a vintage Norwalk Community College, formerly known as Norwalk State Technical College, license plate topper from Connecticut. It features a depiction of their fierce big cat mascot. It is in great vintage condition, though does show a few nicks here and there. These toppers were used to adorn the space above license plates and were a bit like bumper stickers today.
Measures about 11 inches wide and almost 6 inches tall.
