    This is a genuine, authentic personalized vanity license plate. Connecticut offered the very first regular issue vanity license plates in the USA during this era. The smaller-sized plates of this period could not exceed four characters. Additionally, motorists qualified for these vanities only by maintaining a perfect driving record for several years!
    This rare old plate is 100% all original. I have not even attempted to clean it. It comes with the frame. Please see the close-up photo, as that tells the whole story as to condition.
